The edge of the panel or a specific spot can be sealed partial or fully. Our edge finishing prevents the ingress of water or other contaminants.
HPL sandwich panels can be postformed. Compared with the traditional HPL panels, these “lightweight panels with HPL top layer” are many times lighter and therefore easier to transport and handle.
1.8mm anti-slip top turns the Alucore panel into a perfect floor panel. Anti-slip grade according to DIN 51130. Applications: truck flooring, loading ramps, rear garages in the automotive industry, etc..
Mechanical fixations can be made by the use of several added parts. For example potted inserts can be assembled into the panel to become a flat surface with a fixation spot.
